The authors have studied the course of pregnancy, childbirth, the fetus and newborn state in 236 women with singleton pregnancies with a diagnosis of «Cervical insufficiency». The article includes practical recommendations for management of pregnant women to reduce miscarriage and to prolong gestation in case of premature fetus.
